Mann Partners is thrilled to announce that Todd Christian has joined the firm as a Partner. A seasoned transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience, Todd brings a rare combination of strategic insight, operational depth, and a proven track record helping CEOs and executive teams turn strategy into execution and measurable business results.
Todd’s appointment marks a significant milestone in Mann Partners’ continued growth and strengthens the firm’s ability to meet rising demand for operating model redesign amid today’s rapidly evolving human capital and technology landscape.
Prior to joining Mann Partners, Todd held leadership roles at Accenture, AlignOrg Solutions, and Lowe’s. Throughout his career, Todd has guided enterprise transformations across more than 35 organizations with deep expertise in organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement and change management, M&A integration, and AI-enabled capability development. Todd also brings deep vertical industry expertise to the firm, having led enterprise transformation initiatives across industries which include retail, consumer products, logistics, chemicals, energy, financial services, and utilities.

In addition to Todd’s deep industry experience, he served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Organization Design Forum and currently sits on the Board of Advisors for Queens University of Charlotte. Todd is widely recognized for his thought leadership and has presented at Cornell’s ILR School, The Conference Board, The Organization Design Forum, and Bersin’s IMPACT Conference.
