We’re excited to announce the formation of the Mann Partners Advisory Board with the appointment of four industry leaders who collectively bring decades of experience from the private equity, organization design, and management consulting sectors to our leadership team. These board members will deliver critical insights and networks to the firm and contribute to the industry best practices we bring to our clients and teams.

The Mann Partners (MP) mission is to unlock and accelerate value creation by aligning strategy, structure, and talent. Through deep expertise in organization design, human capital, and change leadership, we enable enterprises to build the capabilities required for scalable, profitable growth.
The MP Advisory Board was created in late 2025 to expand the depth of experience we are able to deploy on behalf of our clients, as we navigate an increasingly complex talent market and the mainstreaming of AI across industries as both a strategy and operating model.
About the Board Members
Fernando Assens, Founder & former CEO of Argo Consulting, Private Equity adviser, and investor
Fernando Assens is an expert in business process and talent optimization and an advisor to private equity firms and global multinationals across multiple industries. He is the founder of Argo Consulting, an international consulting firm which was sold to EFESO in 2022, a private equity owned global consulting firm headquartered in Paris, France. Assens served as CEO – Americas for ARGO-EFESO until January 2025 and as a member of the Board of Directors at the Paris HQ. Fernando is currently an advisor to several private equity funds and an investor with the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of South Florida.
Amy Kates, Co-founder Kates Kesler, and organization design pioneer
Amy Kates is a pioneer in the field of organization design, an author and advisor to market leaders and governments on how to unlock value through organization design. She co-founded Kates Kesler, which was acquired by Accenture in 2020. She served as a Visiting Fellow to the Government of Singapore and the Civil Service College from 2018 to 2020.
Jonas Leddington, Head of Growth & Talent, Snapdragon Capital Partners
Jonas Leddington is a PE industry veteran with deep expertise at the intersection of talent, performance, and growth. As head of growth and talent at Snapdragon Capital Partners, he is focused on developing new investments and unlocking value creation for growth companies which fulfill deeply held consumer aspirations around health, fitness, education, beauty, and the home. Jonas is committed to practices of human flourishing and ethics, having served on a range of human rights missions including a medical mission in Rohingya refugee camps in Nepal. He has particular interest in how PE firms evolve their operating models, governance, and culture to drive sustained outperformance
Charles Weiss, Advisory Board Chair, Mann Partners & JM Search
Charles is currently Chair of the Mann Partners Advisory Board and the JM Search Advisory Board and its CEO Compensation Committee. Charles has held a range of c-level roles in the CPG and management consulting industries and is an acknowledged expert in creating and scaling management consulting companies.
