Mann Partners Welcomes Nicole Lehman
Nicole Lehman has joined Mann Partners as a Senior Consultant, adding talent strategy and AI-enabled operating model experience to the team. Read on to find out more about Nicole and how this adds to Mann Partners' capabilities.

Mann Partners is pleased to welcome Nicole Lehman as a Senior Consultant, further strengthening our talent strategy and AI-enabled operating model transformation capabilities as clients look to align strategy, organization, and talent for scalable, profitable growth.
Nicole brings a unique combination of HR and consulting experience to the firm. She has worked inside a global HR team shaping talent strategy for tens of thousands of employees. As a strategy consultant, she has advised VP and C-suite leaders on how to design organizations that successfully deliver on business mandates. Her dual perspective is demonstrated by her work: a track record of translating complex, often ambiguous strategies into understandable and actionable operating models, with clear decision rights, well-defined roles, and ways of working.
Prior to joining Mann Partners, Nicole spent six years at Accenture. She began her career in Accenture's HR organization in a rotational leadership program spanning global talent strategy, M&A talent integration, compensation, and HRIS transformation. Nicole then pivoted into Accenture's strategy consulting practice, where she led organization design, governance, and change management workstreams for a variety of clients such as an AI-infrastructure hyperscaler, a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company, Fortune 500 industrials, a national professional sports league, non-profit organizations, and a prestigious healthcare system. Her work includes the design of AI-powered operating models, workflows, and use cases. In addition to client impact, Nicole project managed Accenture’s publication of Rethinking Operating Models, a book that shares a modern point of view on enterprise operating model design.
Nicole's arrival addresses the growing client demand for organization design that connects strategy to talent — designing not just structures and decision rights, but the workforce capabilities, roles, and leadership behaviors required as AI reshapes how work gets done.
"We're thrilled to welcome Nicole to Mann Partners," said Alice Mann, Founder and CEO. "So much of the value our clients seek depends on getting the people side of the operating model right. Nicole has lived on both sides of that work — as an HR practitioner and as a consultant — and that dual perspective is exactly what our clients need."
"The hard part of AI transformation isn't the technology, it's rethinking what organizations need from their people," said Todd Christian, Partner at Mann Partners. "Nicole brings hands-on experience designing the workforce capabilities, roles, and leadership behaviors that make AI-enabled operating models work in practice. This fits really well with what our clients are asking us for."
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University's ILR School, with minors in Business and History of Capitalism.
We are excited to welcome Nicole to Mann Partners and look forward to the impact she will have on our clients and our team.
