Alice Mann

Alice Mann is the Founder and CEO of Mann Partners, a private equity veteran, and an organizational psychologist, with deep expertise in organization design and transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Prior to founding Mann Partners, she held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Chase, Sentinel Capital, and Blue Wolf Capital, following a decade as a consultant at Kates Kesler, a leading organization design consultancy acquired by Accenture in 2020.

As the founder of Mann Partners, Alice has partnered with hundreds of leadership teams to align strategy, organization design, and talent in a way that unlocks value creation.

Alice is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and the author of Future First (2018), based on findings from interviews with over 50 forward-thinking business leaders. She is a J.P. Morgan Chase Certified Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, certified in Predictive Index and Hogan Leadership Assessments, and an alumna of the William Alanson White Institute’s Organization Dynamics program.

In 2021, M&A Magazine included Alice on their Top 25 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A, a list that honors dealmakers who are also powerful advocates of unlocking value through human capital strategies.

Alice earned an MA and PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in History from Reed College.

Partner

Todd Christian

Todd Christian is a Partner at Mann Partners and a seasoned transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience helping CEOs and executive teams translate strategy into execution and measurable business results. He brings deep expertise in operating model redesign, organization transformation, stakeholder alignment, and large-scale change management. Before joining Mann Partners, Todd held leadership roles at Accenture, AlignOrg Solutions, and Lowe’s, where he guided enterprise-wide transformations and built capabilities that improved growth, productivity, and long‑term value.

Todd has advised and led transformations across more than 35 companies, including Fortune 100 organizations. His work spans merger and acquisition integration, business development, digital product management, and organizational effectiveness, with experience across the retail, consumer products, distribution, chemicals, oil and gas, insurance, banking, and utilities sectors. Throughout his career, Todd has helped organizations redesign operating models, build AI‑enabled capabilities, integrate acquisitions, and align structure, processes, decision rights, metrics, and talent practices to strategy. He has shared his insights at Cornell’s ILR School, The Conference Board, the Organization Design Forum, and Bersin’s IMPACT. Todd served nine years on the Board of Directors of the Organization Design Forum and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Queens University of Charlotte. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Luke Hermer

Luke Hermer is a Principal at Mann Partners, specializing in value creation, operating model design, and M&A integration. He partners with leadership teams to translate growth strategies into execution, shaping operating models and talent to accelerate performance. Prior to joining Mann Partners, Luke spent a decade at Accenture, leading strategy and operating model engagements for organizations ranging from Fortune 10 enterprises to early‑stage companies. His experience spans consumer goods, retail, infrastructure, healthcare, life sciences, hospitality, media, and technology. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Malik Saric

Malik Saric is a Senior Consultant at Mann Partners, specializing in organization design and transformation. He partners with leadership teams to design and implement operating models that align strategy, structure, and talent to drive performance and growth. Trained in the Kates Kesler organization design methodology, Malik brings experience working with global organizations to clarify roles, improve decision‑making, and strengthen collaboration across complex enterprises. Prior to Mann Partners, he held leadership roles at Brooklyn Grange and Teach for America and contributed research to Choosing Courage (2021). Malik holds a master’s degree in policy and urban education from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University.

Connor Alexander

Connor Alexander is a Senior Consultant at Mann Partners, specializing in operating model design, commercial transformation, and AI‑enabled growth. He partners with leadership teams to translate enterprise and growth strategies into execution through well‑designed operating models. Prior to joining Mann Partners, Connor spent over five years at Accenture, leading operating model and organization design engagements across communications and media, healthcare, public service, industrial, and financial services clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Business from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, along with a Certificate in Defense Policy.

Hardik Modi

Hardik Modi is a Senior Consultant at Mann Partners, specializing in operating model transformation, organizational design, and M&A integration. He partners with private equity firms, portfolio companies, and Fortune 500 organizations to design operating models that enable strategy execution, accelerate growth, and improve performance. Prior to joining Mann Partners, Hardik was part of Accenture Strategy, advising clients on operating model design and post‑merger integration across multiple industries. His experience spans manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and logistics. Hardik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Fernando is an expert in business process and talent optimization, and an advisor to private equity firms and global multinationals across industries. He is the founder of Argo Consulting, an international consulting firm which was sold to EFESO in 2022. Fernando then served as CEO – Americas for ARGO-EFESO until January 2025. Fernando is now an advisor to several private equity funds and an investor with the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of South Florida.

David Cohen

Partner & Managing Director, Kelso

David is a Partner and Managing Director at Kelso & Company, where he leads the firm's Human Capital function. Previously, David held a range of leadership roles at American Securities, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and General Electric. He has built and scaled organizations globally — with extensive experience launching and developing operations in India, China, Southeast Asia, and Japan. David began his career as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer running a rural development organization in Botswana.

Amy Kates

Organization Designer | Author | Advisor

Amy is an organization designer, an author, and advisor to business leaders around the world. She co-founded Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, which was acquired by Accenture in 2020. There she helped build the 150-person Organization Design and Operating Model global practice. She has served as a Visiting Fellow to the Government of Singapore and is on the board of Educate!, the largest education non-profit in east Africa.

Jonas Leddington

Head of Growth & Talent for Snapdragon Capital Partners

Jonas is a private equity veteran with deep expertise at the intersection of talent, performance, and growth. As head of growth and talent at Snapdragon Capital Partners, he is focused on developing new investments and unlocking value creation for growth companies in the health, fitness, education, beauty and home categories. Jonas is committed practices of human flourishing and ethics, having served on a range of human rights missions including a medical mission in Rohingya refugee camps in Nepal.
