I’m pleased to welcome Rebecca Ellis, who joins Mann Partners as a Strategic Advisor. Rebecca brings more than 25 years of experience advising executive teams across healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, financial services, retail, technology, and the public sector. She helps organizations align strategy, operating models, and organizational capability to deliver measurable business results.
Prior to joining Mann Partners, Rebecca served as Principal at AlignOrg Solutions. Earlier in her career, she held roles with First Person (now NFP/AON), Allegion, Ameren, Edward Jones, and the Federal Reserve, bringing a perspective that spans both corporate leadership and executive consulting.
Rebecca has a particular interest in helping leaders navigate the opportunities created by AI and digital innovation, rethinking how work gets done, how decisions are made, and how organizations are designed to create lasting value in an increasingly technology-enabled world. She is also an active contributor to the broader conversation on organization design, leadership, and the future of work through speaking and thought leadership.
