Connor’s arrival helps meet accelerating client demand to redesign operating models in industries being reshaped by AI, automation, and regulatory change. His work focuses on embedding AI into operating models in practical, value‑creating ways—redesigning structure, roles, decision rights, and workflows so technology delivers measurable performance improvement.
