Mann Partners Welcomes Ewa Kacewicz

Mann Partners is pleased to welcome Ewa Kacewicz as a Partner, deepening the firm’s expertise in operating model and organization design at a moment when AI is reshaping how companies are built and run.

Mann Partners Welcomes Ewa Kacewicz

Ewa joins us from Microsoft, where she led operating model work and developed new approaches to organization design for an AI-enabled world. Before that, she worked on transformation from both sides of the table: as an advisor at Bain & Company and in senior internal roles at Dell Technologies and Oracle.

She has been named one of the Top 50 Organizational Development Thought Leaders and taught at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. She holds a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from UT Austin, where her research examined the relationship between CEOs’ use of language and company performance.

At Mann Partners, Ewa will advise clients on enterprise transformation and help shape the firm’s thinking on what organizations need to look like in an AI-enabled future.

“Ewa brings a rare combination of analytical rigor, systems thinking, creativity, and deep organization design expertise. Her ability to connect ideas across strategy, technology, organization, and human behavior, coupled with experience driving transformation from both inside and outside organizations, brings a distinctive perspective to our clients.” – Alice Mann, CEO & Founder, Mann Partners

We’re thrilled to have her on the team.
