Alice Mann, PhD is a published organizational psychologist, and organization design, change and transformation expert with 20+ years of experience building winning strategies, organizations, and teams that achieve outstanding business outcomes and financial results.

Named as one of 2021’s Top 25 Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A, Alice served as a partner at Sentinel Capital and an operating partner at Blue Wolf Capital, where she drove human capital goals and capabilities to achieve portfolio company EBITDA targets. Additionally, Alice served as a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, where she led global operating model programs during multiple large-scale bank mergers.

Alice is the co-founder of the Human Capital Value Creation Lab at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and the author of Future First: How Successful Leaders Turn Innovation Challenges Into New Value Frontiers
