As a partner at Sentinel Capital and an operating partner at Blue Wolf Capital, Alice has advised scores of portfolio executives to build high performing organizations and teams. She led major operating model and organization design engagements with global companies as a senior consultant at Kates Kesler Organization Consulting. Alice led global merger integration programs as a VP with JP Morgan Chase Bank.

Alice Mann holds a BA in History from Reed College and an MA and PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She also earned a two-year Organization Dynamics certificate from William Alanson White Institute, received green and black belt training in Six Sigma and is certified in Predictive Index and Hogan Leadership assessments.

As SVP Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Dow Jones, she led the global strategy for leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, organizational design and change management.

Kristy guided c-suite executives on talent strategies to identify, develop and advance top talent; and partnered to align leadership performance with corporate strategy as Director Talent Management at JetBlue. As Director, Organizational Effectiveness at JetBlue, Kristy facilitated strategic growth over 9 years. Leading multiple company restructures, leadership transitions, and large-scale change management initiatives. She coached numerous leaders and advanced skills at all levels heading leadership and talent development.

At the Blue Man Group, Kristy started her career in OD, building new processes and programs to scale the unique company culture during rapid international growth. Kristy is an engaging facilitator and perceptive leadership coach, leveraging her professional theater background to actively listen, deepen empathy, and masterfully weave connections that foster insight and growth.
